Offer Eligibility
Are you eligible for this offer?
Receiving offers from T-Mobile and Delta is an exclusive benefit for select SkyMiles members currently. You must be a Delta SkyMiles Member and you must not be a T-Mobile customer. You will be subject to a credit check by T-Mobile. See full terms and conditions.
Can I switch from any other phone carrier?
You can switch from any US-based wireless company that you have had service with for at least 90 days if you meet the terms and conditions of T-Mobile's switching offer.
Will I earn bonus miles with Delta if I add a new line to an existing T-Mobile account?
Only switching your phone number from another carrier and creating a new T-Mobile account with your primary number qualifies for this offer at this time.
I’m currently on a family plan with multiple lines. Can I switch my entire family over? Will I get the bonus miles for each line that I switch over?
You can switch all lines in your family plan over to T-Mobile. Only the primary line will receive bonus miles.
Can I share this offer with a friend?
This offer is tied to your SkyMiles account and cannot be shared.
I am an existing T-Mobile customer and a Delta SkyMiles Member – am I eligible for any special offers?
Not currently but check back in the future!
Am I eligible for this offer if I am a Delta or T-Mobile employee?
As an employee, your personal mobile phone number may be eligible if you receive this targeted offer.
Will I qualify for other offers from T-Mobile in addition to the miles bonus?
Yes, this offer can be combined with other offers from T-Mobile. You can switch your plan using one of T-Mobile's current offers. After your new T-Mobile account is active for 3 months, you will receive bonus miles with Delta.
Do I need to get a new phone in order to redeem this offer?
You can take advantage of T-Mobile's best-in-market offers for new devices of your choosing when you switch your mobile network plan or you can choose to keep your current device (if permitted by the device owner).
Initiating Your Offer
I don’t see my mobile phone number listed. What do I do?
Select the arrow in the drop-down menu, choose “other”. Type in the phone number you’d like to move forward with.
I cannot find my SkyMiles number. How can I look it up so I can access my offer?
Please visit delta.com, login and click on the link that reads, “Forgot SkyMiles Number”. Follow the prompts to look up your SkyMiles Account Number. Your number will be emailed to you. Once you receive it, please return to the offer page and enter your information.
I got an error message while trying to check my offer. What should I do?
Make sure you are able to successfully login to your Delta SkyMiles account on the Delta login page. Return to the offer page and try again. If unsuccessful, try using InPrivate/Incognito mode instead, or try a different browser. 
Redeeming Your Offer
Where can I redeem this offer?
This offer can only be redeemed online at t-mobile.com or by calling 1-844-745-2443. Switching your plan in retail stores will not qualify for bonus miles with Delta. 
Which T-Mobile cellular plans can I enroll in with this offer?
Only Go5G® or Go5G Plus® plan types qualify for this offer. 
I tried switching online but an error occurred, how do I get help?
You can also call 1-844-745-2443 to redeem this offer or contact T-Mobile customer support.
Does my name in my SkyMiles account need to match the one I use in my T-Mobile account profile?
Your name on your SkyMiles account does not need to match your T-Mobile account.
Do I need to get a new phone in order to redeem this offer?

Offer Expired
Why did my offer expire?
Offers from T-Mobile and Delta are available only for 30 days. Make sure to redeem your offer by the date noted. If you missed the offer expiration date, you can check back again for another offer in the future.
Receiving Your Bonus Miles
I switched my mobile phone plan to T-Mobile. When will I get the bonus miles?
Congrats on making the switch to T-Mobile! Your bonus miles will be deposited into your SkyMiles account after you have remained in good standing with T-Mobile after 3 months from the time you start your new phone plan. If you still do not see the miles in your account after this point, contact Delta. Follow the steps to submit your information.
How will I know when I’ve received my bonus miles?
Be sure to check your SkyMiles account after 3 months with your new T-Mobile plan and look out for an email from Delta confirming your miles have been deposited.
Will my miles earned with T-Mobile ever expire?
No, your miles don’t expire. SkyMiles Program Rules apply.
How do I make changes to my cellular plan?
Call 1-844-745-2443 to learn how to make any changes to your account. Please note that if you make changes to a non-qualifying plan (e.g., Essentials®) or cancel your service before three monthly phone bills have been paid, you will not receive the bonus miles.
